    KEPERSURF®-155 is an acrylic levelling agent with defoaming function, effectively promote the paint film levelling,which has both levelling and defoaming functions in solvent-based systems.

    Product features

    1.Good compatibility, can effectively promote the paint film flow, levelling, improve the flatness of the paint film.
    2. While having good levelling property, it has certain defoaming function.
    3.Recommended for use in PE/PU primer of wood coatings with excellent performance.

    Application test

    We tested the comprehensive performance of KEPERSURF®-155 and B-354 in white and transparent PE primers.

    Compare items and methods

    1. Transparency (Compatibility): Add 1% to the main resin solution, put it in a transparent glass bottle, and let it stand for a period of time to observe transparency.
    2. Wet film levelling: test the spray plate after thinning, and observe the surface levelling after spraying.
    3. Dry film levelling: Spray normally and observe the surface levelling of the paint film after complete drying.
    4. Anti-sinking property: After dilution with solvent to construction viscosity, stand for 16 hours to compare precipitation.
    5.Stability:The paint solution was sealed and stored in the oven (50℃) for 7 days, and the viscosity and fineness changes were compared before and after storage.

    Shelf life and packaging

    1. The shelf life is two years, starting from the date of production. When stored, the container should be sealed well, and the temperature should be between 0-40℃
