    KEPERSURF®-158N is a high performance acrylic levelling agent, excellent long wave levelling effect (mirror levelling) ,continue to promote film levelling, eliminate orange stripes and other defects.

    Application test

    We tested the comprehensive performance of KEPERSURF®-158N and B-358N in Alkyd, hydroxyl acrylic acid systems.

    Compare items and methods

    1. Compatibility: Add 0.1%, 0.3%, 1% and 2% additives to be tested in alkyd PU system and hydroxypropyl PU system respectively, and observe the transparency after adding different amounts.
    2. Wet film levelling: test the spray plate after thinning, and observe the surface levelling after spraying.
    3. Dry film levelling: Spray normally and observe the surface levelling of the paint film after complete drying.
    4. Wetting property : Add 0.2% additives in the alkyd PU system, spray plate after thinning to observe the wetting property;

    Suitable for long wave levelling (mirror levelling) effect in solvent type paints and inks , can be used in baking paints.

    Shelf life and packaging

    1. The shelf life is two years, starting from the date of production. When stored, the container should be sealed well, and the temperature should be between 0-40℃

    2. Packaging: 25KG/180 KG, Iron bucket
