KEPERSURF®-159N is a high performance acrylic levelling agent, excellent long wave levelling effect (mirror levelling) ,continue to promote film levelling, widely used in UV and PU systems.

2. Effectively eliminate the drawbacks such as orange grain and pinhole of the paint film.
3. Excellent thermal stability, good recoating property, can be used in baking paints.

Application test

We tested the comprehensive performance of KEPERSURF®-159N and B-358N in Alkyd, hydroxyl acrylic acid ,Polyester/amino systems.

Compare items and methods

1.Compatibility: Add 0.1%, 0.3%, 1% and 2% additives to be tested in alkyd PU system and hydroxypropyl PU system respectively, and observe the transparency after adding different amounts.
2. Wet film levelling: test the spray plate after thinning, and observe the surface levelling after spraying.
3. Dry film levelling: Spray normally and observe the surface levelling of the paint film after complete drying.
4.Wetting property : Add 0.2% additives in the alkyd PU system, spray plate after thinning to observe the wetting property;
5.Recoatability:After adding additives to the required test system, spray the dry film after secondary spraying to test the adhesion.

Shelf life and packaging

1. The shelf life is two years, starting from the date of production. When stored, the container should be sealed well, and the temperature should be between 0-40℃
