KEPERSURF®-153 is an acrylic levelling agent with strong defoaming power, which has both levelling and defoaming functions in solvent-based systems.

Product features
1. While ensuring sufficient levelling capacity, it has the strongest defoaming power in the series products.

2. Bubble inhibition :A. Bubble inhibition in the paint process: Add 0.2% in the paint solution and disperse on the fast hand at the same time with the anti-product, and measure the bulk density after dispersing for 30 minutes; B. Bubble suppression in the construction process: add diluent according to the construction ratio (1:0.4), stir evenly and stand until the bubble completely bursts, and then shake at the same time with the opposing product, observe the number of bubbles to judge its bubble suppression.
3. Defoam ability: defoamability in the original paint, the volume weight of the dispersed paint is measured after standing for 24 hours.
4. Breaking bubble ability : Observe the bubble breaking on the surface of the liquid after diluted.
5. Wet film levelling: test the spray plate after thinning, and observe the surface levelling after spraying.
6. Dry film levelling: Spray normally and observe the surface levelling of the paint film after complete drying.
7. Anti-shrinkage hole: Add 1% in the paint solution, and observe the shrinkage hole of the spray plate.
