KEPERDISP®-608S is an anti-floating color dispersant contains organicsilicon.excellent effect on preventing the floating color of mixed grinding (titanium dioxide and other pigments).

Product features
1.Universal dispersant, contains organicsilicon. Better anti-floating color ability.
2.Can disperse inorganic pigments and organic pigments in the primer and top paint, and the dispersion effect of matting powder is also excellent.
3.Effectively improve grinding efficiency, reduce viscosity,excellent effect on preventing the floating color when mixed grinding of titanium dioxide and other pigments.
4.Has no adverse effect to the gloss and rheology of the coating.
5.Can promote paint leveling, improve scratch resistance and slip. Add 0.5-1.5% when remedying float color.
Application test

Test results:
1.Dispersion efficiency:KEPERDISP®-608S , B-104S
Dispersion equipment: sand mill，Dispersion fineness: 5 µ
Dispersion time to fineness: titanium dioxide and 6# carbon black(5 hours),
2.Viscosity:The KEPERDISP®-608S has similar viscosity with B-104S in all systems.
3.Storage stability:After 30 days of sealed storage in 50℃, the fineness of grinding pastes did not change. The viscosity increase ratio is similar, and no hard precipitation.
4.Anti-floating color ability：After storage at room temperature, compare the floating color degree in the tank , the anti-floating color effect of KEPERDISP®-608S is obviously better than B-104S.
The test results show that the comprehensive performance of KEPERDISP®-608S is close to B-104S .Please contact us for a detailed test report.

For the total amount of titanium dioxide: 0.5-1%
For the total amount of inorganic pigments:1-5%
For the total amount of organic pigments: 10-50%
For the total amount of bentonite: 10-30%
