Application test
We tested the dispersion performance of KEPERDISP®-6092 and T-760W to prepare color pastes containing resin .
Our dispersed pigments:Carbon black# 6,F5RK,Titanium dioxide
Test and comparison items:dispersion efficiency, viscosity, color rendreing, transparency, anti-flocculation ability, storage stability，Anti-floating color ability.
Test results:
1.Dispersion efficiency:KEPERDISP®-6092 , T-760W
Dispersion equipment: sand mill，Dispersion fineness: 5 µ
Dispersion time to fineness: Carbon black (less than 6 hours), f5RK(less than 4 hours),
Titanium dioxide(less than 1 hour).
2.Viscosity:The KEPERDISP®-6092 has lower viscosity than T-760W in all systems.
3.Storage stability:After 30 days of sealed storage in 50℃, the fineness of grinding pastes did not change. The viscosity increase ratio is similar（Except black pulp）, and no hard precipitation.
4.Anti-floating color ability：After the grinding paste is mixed with white, observe the degree of floating color, and they are similar.
The test results show that the comprehensive performance of KEPERDISP®-6092 is better than T-760W .Please contact us for a detailed test report.
Additive amount
For the total amount of titanium dioxide: 10-15%
For the total amount of inorganic pigments:20-30%
For the total amount of organic pigments: 10-60%
For the total amount of carbon black 30-150%
