Product features
1.Controlled flocculation of pigments, generally used in primers.Effectively reduce sagging and pigment precipitation.
2.Provides moderate thixotropy, thixotropy becomes stronger as the polarity of the system decreases.and does not affect leveling, especially suitable for use in PCB inks.
3.Has no adverse effect on the water resistance of the coating.
Application test
We tested the dispersion performance of KEPERDISP®-604 and B-204 in PCB green ink.

Test and comparison items:dispersion efficiency, viscosity,Anti-current hanging capability, transparency, anti-flocculation ability, storage stability，Anti-floating color ability.
Test results:
1.Dispersion efficiency:KEPERDISP®-604 , B-204
Dispersion equipment: sand mill，Dispersion fineness: 5 µ
Dispersion time to fineness: Green(less than 4 hours),
2.Viscosity:The KEPERDISP®-604 has similar viscosity with B-204.
3.Storage stability:After 30 days of sealed storage in 50℃, the fineness of grinding pastes did not change. The viscosity increase ratio is similar, and no hard precipitation.
4.Anti-floating color ability：After the grinding paste is mixed with white, observe the degree of floating color, and they are similar.
5.Anti-current hanging capability:For coating by testing its sagging tendency, performance of them is similar can be seen from the picture.
The test results show that the comprehensive performance of KEPERDISP®-604 is close to B-204 .Please contact us for a detailed test report.
Additive amount
For the total amount of titanium dioxide: 0.5-1%
For the total amount of inorganic pigments:1-5%
For the total amount of organic pigments: 10-50%
For the total amount of bentonite: 10-30%
