KEPERSURF®-1691 is a high fluorine content fluorine-modified acrylic levelling agent, with excellent compatibility and elevation levelling effect.It is a good choice to replace the silicone levelling agent that easy to stabilize bubbles.

Application test
We tested the comprehensive performance of KEPERSURF®-1691 and E-3670 in Alkyd PU , hydroxyl acrylic , polyester/amino , thermosetting acrylic /amino systems.
Compare items and methods
2. Wet film levelling: test the spray plate after thinning, and observe the surface levelling after spraying.
3. Dry film levelling: Spray normally and observe the surface levelling of the paint film after complete drying.
4. Wetting property : Add 0.2% additives in the alkyd PU system, spray plate after thinning to observe the wetting property;
5. Unstable bubble performance: After adding the tested additives to the paint and diluting it, fill the same amount of paint with a test tube and observe the number of bubbles and elimination time.
6. Recoatability:After adding additives to the required test system, spray the dry film after secondary spraying to test the adhesion.
