In recent years, KITO Chemical has been focusing on the development of environmentally friendly and water-based additives, and has formed a series of water-based coating additives. This year, we have improved the product system of water-based silicone defoamer and water-based rheological additives.
1.Water-based silicone defoamer
.Silicone concentrated liquid defoamer:
KEPERPOL®-3308W: Compatibility is the best in the series, does not affect transparency, good defoamer. Excellent miscibility and high safety.
KEPERPOL®-3300W: moderate defoaming power, good dispersion, excellent miscibility, not easy to cause shrinkage, can be used in varnish and color paint.
KEPERPOL®-3303W: The strongest defoamer in the range, suitable for high solid, multi-powder systems and grinding defoamer.

The following conclusions can be drawn by observing the experimental pictures: 3303W has the strongest defoaming power and 3308W has the best compatibility.All three will not cause shrinkage holes.Especially brush coating and other construction defoaming ability is excellent.

.Silicone emulsion defoamer:
KEPERPOL®-3202W: Excellent compatibility, high viscosity system to eliminate microbubbles, especially suitable for airless spray formulations.
KEPERPOL®-3205W: Excellent miscibility, instant defoaming and continuous defoaming.

2.water-based polyurethane rheological additives (without APEO, organotin) :
KEPERRHE®-4000: Provides excellent high shear viscosity and can be used in bright and flat light systems.
KEPERRHE®-4210: Provides excellent medium to high shear viscosity with excellent resistance to flow.
KEPERRHE®-4200: Provides excellent low shear viscosity and high thickening efficiency.

According to the test pictures, KEPERRHE®-4200 has the best anti-current hanging performance, and compared with the competition, KEPERRHE®-4210 has the same excellent anti-current hanging performance.
