    KEPERDISP®-604 make the pigments controlled flocculation, can reduce flow hanging and settling.. Provides moderate thixotropy without affecting leveling.

    1.Excellent wettability and spreadability in the pure water systems , and can effectively prevent shrinkage.
    2.Excellent compatibility, does not affect the gloss and transparency of the film.
    3.Can significantly reduced the dynamic surface tension in solvent systems.

    Application test

    We tested the comprehensive performance of KEPERSURF®-1241 and T-245 in water-based acrylic baking paint system.

    Compare items and methods

    1.Compatibility: Add 0.1%, 0.3%, 1% and 2% additives to be tested in alkyd PU system and hydroxypropyl PU system respectively, and observe the transparency after adding different amounts.
    2. Dry film levelling: Spray normally and observe the surface levelling of the paint film after complete drying.
    3.Wetting property : Add 0.2% additives in the alkyd PU system, spray plate after thinning to observe the wetting property;
    4.Unstable bubble performance: After adding the tested additives to the paint and diluting it, fill the same amount of paint with a test tube and observe the number of bubbles and elimination time.
    5.Recoatability:After adding additives to the required test system, spray the dry film after secondary spraying to test the adhesion.
