High performance dispersant for solvent-based industrial coatings and automotive paints. Wide versatility and good low temperature stability.
Product overview
KEPERDISP®-6525 is a general purpose Polyester dispersant. good dispersion and storage stability for organic pigments and carbon black. It will not precipitate in very low temperature.

Product features
1.Wide versatility, good compatibility with various resin systems. It has good dispersibility and storage stability for organic pigments and carbon black.
2.Effectively reduce viscosity of the system and improve the fluidity.
3.Excellent low temperature stability, in the stable lower environment will not precipitate and affect the performance of the coating.
Application test
We tested the dispersion performance of KEPERDISP®-6525 and L-32500 in epoxy, polyester amino, hydroxyacrylic acid systems.
Our dispersed pigments:Carbon black FW200
Test and comparison items: dispersion efficiency, viscosity, color rendreing, transparency, anti-flocculation ability, storage stability，Anti-floating color ability.
Test results:
1.Dispersion efficiency:KEPERDISP®-6525 and L-32500
Dispersion equipment: sand mill，Dispersion fineness: 5 µ
Dispersion time to fineness: Carbon black (less than 4 hours)
2.Viscosity:The viscosity curve of the paste is shown below, KEPERDISP®-6525 has better viscosity reduction effect than L-32500 in all systems.
3.Storage stability:After 15 days of sealed storage in 50℃, the fineness of grinding pastes did not change. The increase in viscosity is similar.
4.Anti-floating color ability:After the grinding white paint is mixed, the anti-float color effect of KEPERDISP®-6525(∆E=1.09)is better than the L-32500(∆E=1.55).
The test results show that the comprehensive properties of KEPERDISP®-6525 is very close to L-32500.Please contact us for a detailed test report.
Additive amount
For the total amount of titanium dioxide: 1-5%
For the total amount of inorganic pigments:10-15%
For the total amount of organic pigments: 10-30%
For the total amount of carbon black 20-100%

Shelf life and packaging
1. The shelf life is two years, starting from the date of production.When stored, the container should be sealed well, and the temperature should be between 0-40℃
2. Packaging: 25KG/180 KG iron bucket.
