    KEPERDISP®-6532 is especially suitable for use in UV coatings and inks. It has good dispersion ability for organic pigment and carbon black. Especially suitable for use in high pigment content systems.

    1.Widely used in UV coatings and inks, excellent viscosity reduction effect, suitable for grinding and dispersing organic pigments and carbon black.   
    2.It can effectively improve the covering power of the paint film, improve the luster and hardness.                                                                                                                   
    3.Effectively improve the fluidity of the UV systems , suitable for use in high pigment content formulations.      

    Application test

    We tested the dispersion performance of KEPERDISP®-6532 and L-32000 in UV offset printing inks.
    Our dispersed pigments:F3RK,Phthalein blue
    Test and comparison items: dispersion efficiency, viscosity, color rendreing, transparency,  anti-flocculation ability, storage stability，Anti-floating color ability.
    Test results:
    1.Dispersion efficiency:KEPERDISP®-6532 and L-32000
    Dispersion equipment: Three-roll mill，Dispersion fineness: 10 µ
    Dispersion time to fineness: Grind 5 times
    2.Viscosity:The KEPERDISP®-6525 has better viscosity reduction effect than L-32000 in all systems.
    3.Storage stability:After 15 days of sealed storage in 50℃, the fineness of grinding pastes did not change. The increase in viscosity is similar.
    The test results show that the comprehensive properties of KEPERDISP®-6532 is very close to L-32000.Please contact us for a detailed test report.

    Additive amount 

    For the total amount of titanium dioxide: 1-5%
    For the total amount of inorganic pigments:10-15% 
    For the total amount of organic pigments: 10-60%     
    For the total amount of carbon black 30-150%
    The best dosage needs to be obtained through testing   

    Application field

    Dispersing  inorganic, organic pigments and carbon black in solvent resin systems,Recommend for industrial coatings and automotive paints.

    Shelf life and packaging

    1. The  shelf  life  is  two  years, starting  from  the  date  of  production.When  stored, the  container should  be  sealed  well, and  the  temperature  should  be  between  0-40℃
    2. Packaging: 25KG/200 KG iron bucket.
