KEPERDISP®-6538 is a general purpose polyester polymer dispersant, which has good dispersion and stability for organic pigments and carbon black in various resin(including epoxy) systems.

Product features
1.Wide versatility, good compatibility with various resins, good dispersion of organic pigments and carbon black, especially good blackness when dispersive high-pigment carbon black, , effectively reduce viscosity and improve fluidity.
2.It can effectively shorten grinding time, Effectively prevent pigment flocculation.
3.The ground paste is not easy to float color when used for color mixing.
Application test
We tested the dispersion performance of KEPERDISP®-6538 and L-32500 in epoxy, polyester amino, hydroxyacrylic acid systems.
Our dispersed pigments:Carbon black FW200
Test and comparison items: dispersion efficiency, viscosity, color rendreing, transparency, anti-flocculation ability, storage stability，Anti-floating color ability.
Test results:
1.Dispersion efficiency:KEPERDISP®-6538 and L-32500
Dispersion equipment: sand mill，Dispersion fineness: 5 µ
Dispersion time to fineness: Carbon black (less than 4 hours)
2.Viscosity:The KEPERDISP®-6538 has slightly higher viscosity than L-32500 in all systems.
3.Storage stability:After 15 days of sealed storage in 50℃, the fineness of grinding pastes did not change. The increase in viscosity is similar.
4.Anti-floating color ability:Observe the floating color in the tank after the grinding black color paste is mixed with white, KEPERDISP®-6538 is much lighter.
The test results show that the viscosity reduction effect of KEPERDISP®-6538 is worse than L-32500, but the blackness of the color paste and the anti-floating color performance of KEPERDISP®-6538 are better.Please contact us for a detailed test report.
Additive amount
For the total amount of titanium dioxide: 1-5%
For the total amount of inorganic pigments:10-15%
For the total amount of organic pigments: 10-60%
For the total amount of carbon black 30-150%

Shelf life and packaging
1. The shelf life is two years, starting from the date of production.When stored, the container should be sealed well, and the temperature should be between 0-40℃
