Product features
1.Can be used in both water-based and solvent-based systems. Excellent color rendering ability, especially for organic pigments and carbon black.

Application test
We tested the dispersion performance of KEPERDISP®-6520 and L-20000 in Solvent-based hydroxyl acrylic acid, polyester, thermosetting acrylic acid, water-soluble acrylic acid systems.
Our dispersed pigments:Carbon black 6#,F5RK
Test and comparison items: dispersion efficiency, viscosity, color rendreing, transparency, anti-flocculation ability, storage stability，Anti-floating color ability.
Test results:
1.Dispersion efficiency:KEPERDISP®-6520 and L-20000
Dispersion equipment: sand mill，Dispersion fineness: 5 µ
Dispersion time to fineness: Carbon black (less than 6 hours),F5RK(less than 4 hours).
2.Viscosity:The KEPERDISP®-6520 has lower viscosity than L-20000 in some systems.In the remaining system, the viscosities are close.
3.Storage stability:After 15 days of sealed storage in 50℃, the fineness of grinding pastes did not change. The increase in viscosity is similar.
4.Anti-floating color ability:Observe the floating color in the tank after the grinding black color paste is mixed with white, The anti-float effect(△E)of them is very similar.
The test results show that the comprehensive performance of KEPERDISP®-6520 is close to L-20000.Please contact us for a detailed test report.
