KEPERDISP®-6522B is a cationic polymer dispersant, commonly used for grinding general purpose colorants, also has excellent compatibility and dispersion ability in medium and low polarity systems.

Product features
1.Wide versatility, excellent dispersion properties for organic pigments and carbon black, and is often used for grinding universal color paste.
2.Excellent viscosity reduction, effectively improve the dispersion of pigments especially for organic pigments, carbon black and other color display in all kinds of coatings, inks.
3.In medium and low polarity systems (such as thermoplastic acrylic acid), it has excellent compatibility and wetting dispersion.Good compatibility with CAB and nitrocellulose.
4.The ground color pulp is stable and can effectively prevent the pigment flocculation, settlement and floating color.
Application test
We tested the dispersion performance of KEPERDISP®-6522B and Competitive product in solvent-based hydroxyl acrylic acid, polyester, thermosetting acrylic acid, thermoplastic acrylic acidsystems.
Our dispersed pigments:Carbon black 6#/MA100,F5RK,Phthalein blue
Test and comparison items: dispersion efficiency, viscosity, color rendreing, transparency, anti-flocculation ability, storage stability，Anti-floating color ability.
Test results:
1.Dispersion efficiency:KEPERDISP®-6522B and Competitive product
Dispersion equipment: sand mill，Dispersion fineness: 5 µ
Dispersion time to fineness: Carbon black (less than 6 hours),F5RK and Phthalein blue(less than 4 hours).
2.Viscosity:The KEPERDISP®-6522B has lower viscosity than competitive product in some systems.In the remaining systems, the two viscosities are close.
3.Storage stability:After 15 days of sealed storage in 50℃, the fineness of grinding pastes did not change. The increase in viscosity is similar.
4.Anti-floating color ability:After mixing the color paint with white, the anti-float effect of 6522B is obviously better.

Shelf life and packaging
1.The shelf life is two years, starting from the date of production.When stored, the container should be sealed well, and the temperature should be between 0-40℃
