Application test
We tested the matting powder dispersion performance of KEPERDISP®-6940 and Competitive product in UV systems.

Test and comparison items: dispersion efficiency, viscosity, gloss,transparency, unsinkability,storage stability.
Test results:
1.Dispersion efficiency:KEPERDISP®-6940 ,B-2009 and Competitive product
Dispersion equipment: Mixing machine，Dispersion fineness: 35 µ
Dispersion time to fineness: 15 minutes
2.Viscosity:The KEPERDISP®-6940 has lower viscosity than competitive products in UV systems.
3.Storage stability:After 30 days of sealed storage in 50℃, the fineness of grinding pastes did not change. The viscosity increase ratio is similar, and no hard precipitation.
4.Gloss and transparency:6940:31°,B-2009:30°,other:22°.After plate making, 6940 has the highest transparency.

Shelf life and packaging
1. The shelf life is two years, starting from the date of production.When stored, the container should be sealed well, and the temperature should be between 0-40℃
