KEPERDISP®-639 is a general purpose polyurethane dispersant. It can effectively disperse various pigments in various resin systems.Especially recommended for grinding high-pigment carbon black (with high addition)

Product features

Especially when dispersing high surface carbon black with high addition amount, the blackness of the paint film is very prominent, and the gloss is high without fog shadow.
Application test
We tested the dispersion performance of this series of products (KEPERDISP-6463/639/635, B-163, etc.) in hydroxy-acrylic acid systems.
Our dispersed pigments:Phthalein blue
Test and comparison items: dispersion efficiency, viscosity, color rendreing, transparency, anti-flocculation ability, storage stability.
Test results:
Dispersion efficiency
Dispersion equipment: sand mill，Dispersion fineness: 5 µ
Dispersion time to fineness: All reached the grinding fineness in 2 hours.
Viscosity:Detailed data are shown in the table below. The viscosity reduction effect of 6468 is slightly better, while the others are close.

3.Storage stability:After 15 days of sealed storage in 50℃, the fineness of grinding pastes did not change. The increase in viscosity is similar.
The test results show that the comprehensive properties of KEPERDISP®-6468 is very close to B-163 in hydroxy-acrylic acid systems. The viscosity reduction ability and the color development performance of 6468 is better.Please contact us for a detailed test report.

For the total amount of titanium dioxide: 1-5%
For the total amount of inorganic pigments: 2-15%
For the total amount of organic pigments: 30-60%
For the total amount of carbon black 30-150%
