Application test
We tested the dispersion performance of this series of products (KEPERDISP-642/640、 E-4010) in hydroxy-acrylic acid, Acrylic acid, synthetic fatty acid systems.
Our dispersed pigments:Titanium dioxide、Organic yellow、Phthalein blue、Carbon black
Test and comparison items: dispersion efficiency, viscosity, color rendreing, transparency, anti-flocculation ability, storage stability，Anti-floating color ability.
Test results:
1.Dispersion efficiency
Dispersion equipment: sand mill，Dispersion fineness: 5 µ
Dispersion time to fineness: titanium dioxide(Less than 1 hour), Organic pigments (less than 2 hours)，Carbon black (less than 4 hours)
2.Viscosity:The viscosity curve of the paste is shown below, and there is little difference among the three.
3.Storage stability:After 15 days of sealed storage in 50℃, the fineness of grinding pastes did not change. The increase in viscosity is similar.
4.Anti-floating color ability:After the grinding white paint is mixed, the anti-float color effect of KEPERDISP®-642 is the best, and the others are very similar.
The test results show that the comprehensive properties of KEPERDISP®-642 is very close to E-4010. Please contact us for a detailed test report.

For the total amount of inorganic pigments:5-15%
For the total amount of organic pigments: 20-40%
For the total amount of carbon black 30-60%
