Product overview
KEPERDISP®-6463B is a special modified polyurethane polymer dispersant. Its special structure allows it can grind various pigments in multiple resin systems. Moreover, it has excellent anti-flocculation ability and good storage stability for organic pigments and carbon black which are difficult to disperse.

Product features
1.Environmental protection type high dispersion agent, does not contain organic tin, benzene .
2.Wide versatility, good compatibility and reducing viscosity effect in each resin system.
3.Good dispersion for organic, inorganic pigments, high pigment carbon black , can effectively improve the color display power, color slurry storage stability is good, color mixing is not easy to float color.
4.It is recommended for the preparation of general color paste.
Application test
We tested the dispersibility of KEPERDISP-6463B and its similar products (e.g. BYK-163) in hydroxyl acrylic, thermoplastic acrylic, thermosetting acrylic, polyester, epoxy and other resin systems.
Our dispersed pigments: titanium dioxide, F5RK, Phthalein blue, Carbon black #6
Test and comparison items: dispersion efficiency, viscosity, color rendreing, transparency, Anti-floating color ability, anti-flocculation ability, storage stability.
Test results:
1.Dispersion efficiency:KEPERDISP-6463B and BYK-163
Dispersion equipment: sand mill，Dispersion fineness: 5~10 µ
Dispersion time to fineness: titanium dioxide（Less than 1 hour），Organic pigments (less than 2 hours)，Carbon black (less than 4 hours)
2.Viscosity:The difference of paste viscosity between the two products is minimal when dispersing various pigments.
3.Color rendreing and Anti-floating color ability:The surface of the paste spray board of the two products is clear without fog shadow.The ability of anti-floating color is close after color mixing.
4.Storage stability:After 15 days of sealed storage in 50℃, the fineness of both grinding pastes did not change. The increase in viscosity is similar.
The test results show that the comprehensive properties of KEPERDISP®-6463B is very close to BYK-163 in different resin systems. Please contact us for a detailed test report.
Additive amount
For the total amount of titanium dioxide: 1-5%
For the total amount of inorganic pigments: 5-15%
For the total amount of organic pigments: 30-60%
For the total amount of carbon black : 80-150%

Application field
Dispersing inorganic, organic pigments and carbon black in each solvent systems, can prepare universal colorants.
Shelf life and packaging
1. The shelf life is two years, starting from the date of production.When stored, the container should be sealed well, and the temperature should be between 0-40℃
2. Packaging: 25KG/180 KG iron bucket.
