KEPERRHE®-4200 is a environmentally friendly polyurethane rheological agent，good leveling and has little effect on the gloss of the paint film.

Application test
We tested and compared the comprehensive performance of KEPERRHE®-4200 in water-based industrial coating.
Compare items and methods
1.Thickening effect:The viscosity change of the system was measured after the coating was evenly dispersed by adding 0.4% thickener.
2. Anti-current hanging performance: Take the same weight of paint for different film thickness coating, and compare its flow hanging condition.
3.Effects on flatness and water resistance :The leveling property and water resistance of the coating spray plate with rheological additives were compared.
Test result
1. Thickening effect:It can be seen from the viscosity curve that the thickening effect of KEPERRHE®-4200 is better than that of the control product.
2.Effects on flatness and water resistance :Both of them have no adverse effect on convection and water resistance.
3. Anti-sinking, anti-current hanging effect:KEPERRHE®-4200 is performs even better.
