KEPERPOL®-3300W is a silicone concentrated liquid defoamer containing fumed silica. It shows excellent defoaming ability in a variety of water-based system applications.

Product features
1.High speed stirring or grinding when be added, good dispersion and miscibility, will not cause shrinkage and other drawbacks.
2.Moderate defoaming power, using a wide range, can be used in a variety of water-based varnish and color paint formulations.
Application test
We tested the comprehensive performance of KEPERPOL®-3300W in the grinding color paste occasion,water-based anticorrosive paint and industrial baking paint.
Compare items and methods
1.Defoaming ability when grinding color paste: add 1% defoaming agent when grinding rein-free red paste (F5RK), and compare the amount of foam in the tank after grinding.
2. Shrinkage tendency/Levelling effect: Use color pastes with different defoaming agents to prepare red baking paint. spraying after dilution.Observe the shrinkage phenomenon of wet film and the leveling effect of dry film.
3.Brush coating defoaming ability of multi-powder system: 0.1% defoaming agent was added to the multi-powder water-based anticorrosive paint, compare the amount of foam in the tank after grinding and the defoaming effect after brushing.
Test result
1.Defoaming ability when grinding color paste:It can be seen from the experimental pictures that adding KEPERPOL-3300W can effectively eliminate the bubbles generated during the grinding process of the color paste.
2.Shrinkage tendency/Levelling effect:After adding defoaming agents, the wet film did not appear shrinkage phenomenon after spraying, and did not affect the film levelling and gloss after drying.
3.Brush coating defoaming ability of multi-powder system:KEPERPOL®-3300W can play a very good defoaming role in the process of brushing, and has obvious advantages over competitors in construction defoaming.
The test results show that the overall performance of the KEPERPOL®-3300W is better than similar product.Please contact us for more information.
