Application test
We tested the comprehensive performance of KEPERPOL®-3205W in PUA/thermoplastic/hydroxy acrylic emulsion systems.
Compare items and methods
1.Defoaming ability in acrylic emulsion systems:Add 0.2% defoaming agent to the aqueous emulsion, and observe the number of foam and the breaking speed after shaking.
2. Shrinkage tendency/Levelling effect: Use color pastes with different defoaming agents to prepare red paint. spraying after dilution.Observe the shrinkage phenomenon of wet film and the leveling effect of dry film.
Test result
1.Defoaming ability in acrylic emulsion systems:It can be seen from the experimental pictures that adding KEPERPOL-3205W has good defoaming ability.
2.Shrinkage tendency/Levelling effect:After adding defoaming agents-3205W, the wet film did not appear shrinkage phenomenon after spraying, and did not affect the film levelling and gloss after drying.The plate surface of the comparison product has many shrinkage holes.
The test results show that KEPERPOL®-3205W has good defoaming ability ,not easy to cause shrinkage. Please contact us for more information.
