    KEPERDISP®-612R-50 is a deflocculate dispersant for titanium dioxide and inorganic pigments , especially suitable for dispersing matting powder.

    Product features

    Application test

    We tested the dispersion performance of KEPERDISP®-612R-50 and T-4010 in PU wood paint system.
    Our dispersed pigments:matting powder
    Test and comparison items: dispersion efficiency, viscosity, transparency, Anti-sinking capability,storage stability.
    1.Dispersion efficiency:KEPERDISP®-612R-50 , E-4010
     Dispersion equipment: Disperse with sander for 30 minutes 
    2.Viscosity:The viscosity reduction effect of KEPERDISP®-612R-50 is slightly worse than E-4010.

    3.Storage stability:After 30 days of sealed storage in 50℃, the fineness of grinding pastes did not change. The viscosity increase ratio is similar, and no hard precipitation.
    4.Anti -sinking property：The ground matting paste is diluted with solvent at 1:0.7 ratio,compare the precipitation after standing for 6 hours. KEPERDISP®-612R-50 has better anti-sink performance than E-4010.

    The test results show that the comprehensive performance of KEPERDISP®-612R-50 is close to E-4010 .When KEPERDISP-612R-50 is used to disperse matte powder, the transparency and anti-settling performance are very good, especially for long-term storage products, with very good advantages and fine surface.Please contact us for a detailed test report.

    Additive amount 

    For the total amount of titanium dioxide:1-5%
    For the total amount of inorganic pigments:2-10% 
    For the total amount of matting powder: 2-10% 
    The best dosage needs to be obtained through testing  

    Application field

    Used to disperse inorganic pigments ,matting powder in solvent-based systems.

    Shelf life and packaging

    1. The  shelf  life  is  two  years, starting  from  the  date  of  production.When  stored, the  container should  be  sealed  well, and  the  temperature  should  be  between  0-40℃
