KEPERDISP®-600 is special dispersant for inorganic pigments and fillers,the performance of dispersed titanium dioxide in epoxy system is outstanding.

Application test
We tested the dispersion performance of KEPERDISP®-600 and B-ATU in bentonite activation application scenario.

Test and comparison items:dispersion efficiency, viscosity, storage stability，Anti sinking property.
Test results:
1.Dispersion efficiency:KEPERDISP®-600 , B-ATU
Dispersion equipment: Disperse in a blender for 30 minutes
2.Viscosity:The KEPERDISP®-600 has better viscosity reduction effect than B-ATU.
3.Storage stability:After 30 days of sealed storage in 50℃, the fineness of grinding pastes did not change. The viscosity increase ratio is similar, and no hard precipitation.
4.Anti sinking property：The activated bentonite was diluted with solvent and stored at room temperature to compare the precipitation.The anti-sinking ability of the them is comparable.
The test results show that the comprehensive performance of KEPERDISP®-600 is close to B-ATU .Please contact us for a detailed test report.
Additive amount
For the total amount of titanium dioxide:1-5%
For the total amount of inorganic pigments:2-10%
For the total amount of matting powder/bentonite: 10-30%
The best dosage needs to be obtained through testing
Application field
Used to disperse inorganic pigments ,matting powder/bentonite in solvent-based systems.
Shelf life and packaging
1. The shelf life is two years, starting from the date of production.When stored, the container should be sealed well, and the temperature should be between 0-40℃
2. Packaging: 25KG/180KG plastic bucket.
