Good dispersion to titanium dioxide and inorganic pigments, and dramatically reduces the viscosity of the system.It can be used for grinding mixed color in coil coating.

KEPERDISP®-601 is a dispersant for titanium dioxide and inorganic pigments , especially suitable for bentonite activation and putty dispersion.

Application test
We tested the dispersion performance of KEPERDISP®-601 and T-4010 in polyester/amino, hydroxyacrylic acid, alkyd PU, synthetic fat PU and polyurethane systems.
Our dispersed pigments:Titanium dioxide, matting powder
Test and comparison items: dispersion efficiency, viscosity, transparency, anti-sinking ability, storage stability.
1.Dispersion efficiency:KEPERDISP®-601 , E-4010
Dispersion equipment: Disperse with sander for 1 hour
Covering power: The hiding power of KEPERDISP®-601 grinding white paste is better than E-4010.
2.Viscosity:The viscosity reduction effect of KEPERDISP®-601 is better or close to E-4010 in all systems.
3.Storage stability:After 30 days of sealed storage in 50℃, the fineness of grinding pastes did not change. The viscosity increase ratio is similar, and no hard precipitation.
4.Anti-sinking property：The ground matting paste is diluted with solvent at 1:0.7 ratio,compare the precipitation after standing for 6 hours. KEPERDISP®-601 has better anti-sink performance than E-4010.
The test results show that the comprehensive performance of KEPERDISP®-601 is better than E-4010 .When KEPERDISP-601 is used to disperse matte powder, the transparency and anti-settling performance are very good, especially for long-term storage products, with very good advantages and fine surface.Please contact us for a detailed test report.
Additive amount
For the total amount of titanium dioxide:1-5%
For the total amount of inorganic pigments:2-10%
For the total amount of matting powder/bentonite: 10-30%
The best dosage needs to be obtained through testing
Application field
Used to disperse inorganic pigments ,matting powder/bentonite in solvent-based systems.
Shelf life and packaging
1. The shelf life is two years, starting from the date of production.When stored, the container should be sealed well, and the temperature should be between 0-40℃
2. Packaging: 25KG/180 KG plastic bucket.
