    KEPERCAT®-548 is weak acid type acid catalyst for baking paints,It can effectively shorten the curing time.

    Physical data

    1. Effective ingredient:Macromolecular carboxylic acid   
    2. Content:   60%   
    3. Solvent:   n-butanol  

    Product features

    1.Weak acid type, minimum curing temperature: 70℃. The catalytic efficiency increases with the increase of baking temperature.

    2.When used at higher temperature, it can effectively improve the hardness and processing performance of the paint film and shorten the curing time. 
    3.Good compatibility, small catalytic effect at room temperature, and does not affect the storage stability of the system. 
    4.It has little effect on the flexibility, impact resistance and recoating property of the film.   

    Additive amount (Supply form)

     For the total amount of formula:0.5 -5%,                                                                                                                                                                                                      
    The best dosage should be obtained through testing.  

    Application field

    Suitable for solvent-based, water-based coatings, especially recommended for coil coatings. 

    Shelf life and packaging

    1. The shelf life is two years, starting from the date of production.When stored, the container should be sealed well, and the temperature should be between 0-40℃
    2. Packaging: 25KG/200 KG ,iron bucket
