KEPERPOL®-809 is a fluorine modified silicone defoamer ,has a strong long-term defoaming ability in each coating system .

1.Efficient defoamer with excellent defoaming performance in all stages of coating production. It has long-lasting antifoaming properties in a wide range of coating systems.
2.Suitable for defoaming in spray, roll coating, brush coating and other construction processes.
3.Good compatibility, suitable for varnish, color paint, transparent adhesive, transparent packaging glue.Can effectively eliminate fisheye, pinhole and other defects.
4.It shows a long-term and lasting bubble bursting performance in a wide range of systems and also has a strong bubble bursting performance in sticky systems such as epoxy two-component systems.
5.It has a color-separation reduction effect in the process of coating construction.
Application test
We tested and compared the comprehensive performance of KEPERPOL®-809 and B-066N in Wood PU coating formulas.
Compare items and methods
1.Compatibility: The defoamer is added to coatings at a ratio of 0.2%, and tested the transparency of the paint.
2. Shrinkage tendency/levelling effect: Added 1% defoamer in paint,spraying after dilution.Observe the shrinkage phenomenon of wet film and the leveling effect of dry film.
3.Defoaming ability :Add 0.2% defoaming agent to the paints, and observe the number of foam and the breaking speed after shaking five minutes.
