    KEPERSURF®-150 is a modified organosilicon levelling agent with good debubbling performance,  especially suitable for use in matte paint and aluminum powder paint.

    Product features

    1. Has very fast directional speed for matting powder and aluminum powder, can make the matte lacquer surface extremely fine, and effectively improve the whiteness and hiding power of the aluminum powder paint.
    2. It also has good debubbling and excellent levelling performance.
    3. Excellent thermal stability, can be used for baking paint, will not affect the repaint.

    Application test

    We tested the comprehensive performance of KEPERSURF®-150 and B-323 in Alkyd, hydroxyl acrylic acid systems.

    Compare items and methods

    1. Transparency (liquid): Add 1% to the main resin solution, put it in a transparent glass bottle, and let it stand for a period of time to observe transparency.
    2. Bubble inhibition :A. Bubble inhibition in the paint process: Add 0.2% in the paint solution and disperse on the fast hand at the same time with the anti-product, and measure the bulk density after dispersing for 30 minutes; B. Bubble suppression in the construction process: add diluent according to the construction ratio (1:0.4), stir evenly and stand until the bubble completely bursts, and then shake at the same time with the opposing product, observe the number of bubbles to judge its bubble suppression.
    3. Wet film levelling: test the spray plate after thinning, and observe the surface levelling after spraying.
    4. Dry film levelling: Spray normally and observe the surface levelling of the paint film after complete drying.
    5. Slip test: Add (0.1%) leveling agent according to the above formula, stir evenly, spray on the polished iron plate of 13CM×23CM, and test the smoothness of the paint film after drying.
